Local Labour Market Plan (LLMP)
Developing an understanding of the workforce challenges that local employers face can only be done with the input of employers, Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development, business associations and key community organizations. Through collaboration with these groups, the Centre for Workforce Development can help determine the best way to invest resources into local workforce development. This is achieved through the labour market planning process. Read the latest three-year strategic Local Labour Market Plan and find out the actions the community will work on.
The EmployerOne Survey, designed to collect information from local businesses and organizations on a range of workforce issues, take place once a year.
